5 easy ways to boost your self-confidence

Hi guys! Today i wanted to talk to you about a touchy subject because it affects every single one of us: self-confidence. In our society, we are tought to hate ourselves the same way we are tought to walk, talk and feel. We are obsessed with that idea of perfection that no one can reach, so we are hating everything about us because of it. Learning to love yourself is certainly a long journey, it takes a lot of time and comitment. And yes i know, it's really hard to accept our flaws and to even appreciate them, don't tell me. But think about it for a second, what if we were all perfect? What a boring world it would be! Because remember that you are a unique human being and that no one can be yourself as much as you are. So please, don't be afraid of being different and to embrace it! Also, sometimes your biggest insecurities are actually really beautiful for other people. I remember that one time that a guy i dated told me how much he liked my thighs, and I was chocked because I always hated them thinking they were to big. It's all about perspective. Before jumping into my 5 tips to help your journey to self-love I just wanted to tell you that you are enough, you are beautiful, strong and powerful. Please love yourself and don't waste your life hating who you are!

1. Eat well
Let's be honest, junk food tastes so great and we all know it. But, it also makes us feel so crappy afterwards. Plus, unhealthy food does nothing great for your body and leave you often feeling unsatisfied and craving for more. Healthy food on the other hand makes you feel amazing and nourishes your body with all the nutrients it needs. Plus, some healthy food tastes amazing like fruits, who doesn't love fruits?! You can find yummy recipes who are super healthy on my blog and on other blogs on internet to help you out!

2.Exercice more often
Exercice is GREAT for your mind and for your body. Not only it will make you burn those extra pounds, it will make you in fact more relaxed and happy because exercising release endorphins in your brains wich makes you more happy instantly. I swear exercise will change your life, it will give you a new hobby and will make you feel more in control with your life, so you will be more confident.


3.Take care of yourself
No matter what make you feel beautiful, do it! Apply your favorite lipstick, make your hair look on point and wear that special dress that make you feel fabulous. Take a long bath or even go the the spa, 
the key here is to take care of yourself as much as you possibly can. Plus, you will have fun while 
pampering yourself and it will occupy you during some times. You will feel a lot more confident after 
wards.



4. Surround yourself with people who truly appreciate you

Sometimes, fake friends who thinks they are better than you are the reason why you are feeling so insecure. By kicking your toxic friends out of your life, you will feel so much better because you will feel loved and truly appreciated by the people around you. Please get rid of them, they are not doing you any goods. I know that sometimes it's hard to break a life-long friendship, but if they truly loved you they would make you feel good instead of making you feel like crap.

5.Get off your computer a little bit
I know internet is really cool, but it is actually proven that spending too much time on social medias like facebook destroys our self-esteem. Everyone on those platforms chooses what they want the other persons to see, so they make their lives seem perfect wich makes us feel insecure because we think they have a better life than us. Let's go outside and explore the world! There is so much more than facebook and twitter in life, so get off your computer and go outside, I promise you that you will feel a lot better
